Hey Everyone,
  I have noticed that some agents have been having issues with getting AmerenUE utility history  
  For their listings so I called them today to see what’s going on.  They said they are currently working on the  
  Customer Business Partner section of their website, which I believe is usually where you go to get this information.
   
  They just updated to new website and that section of the site is down at the moment and they are currently
  Working on getting the Customer Business Partner section back up. I asked what the easiest and fastest way for  
  our agents to get the information they need and they said for right now to call them  at  1-800-552-7583 
  with either your Customer’s (your client’s) name and their  Ameren Account # or Address & Account # or Address and
  Last 4 digits of Client’s Social Security Number.  
   
  If any of you know of a better way around this that you may have encountered recently please let me know.  I am just going by
  What their website support line told me today.  Hope this helps
