Afternoon!  Please share with your team.

 

Beginning March 1^st, our office will be changing office hours to 9am to 5pm.  This is when the lobby will be accessible.  As always, other arrangements can be made if a customer needs to sign at an alternate time and this will need to be arranged with the closer prior to closing. 

 

There have been some misconceptions that agents or lenders are not allowed to attend closings.  YOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOME to attend the closing! We are still limiting the amount of people in the closing room at one time so that everyone can social distance.  If the lender wants to go over the loan package, then the closer will not be in the closing room at that time.  The agent can also meet with their clients in the lobby but we ask that they are not in the closing room during signing so that everyone can spread out safely.  We continue to get commended weekly from others in the industry as well as buyers/sellers on how customers appreciate us keeping everyone at a safe distance, require masks and disinfecting after every closing. This is something that we have done from the very beginning of the pandemic and will continue to do so in the future.
