Hello all, attached is the quickstart guide for the new showing system. A couple things to remember
To get your password: www.bookashowing.com username is your log in to flex. Click the forgot password button and your password will be emailed to you and then you can log in.
Use the Video Tutorials at the bottom of the screen to walk you through setting up showing and how to use the system.
Go into your settings and you can add text notifications for showings. (video tutorial will show you how)
Don't forget to use the new showing instruction form in transaction desk or here at the office. If you want the seller to be allowed to approve showings via text we need the cell phone carrier information as well.

Otherwise, the "Video Tutorials" link at the bottom of the page (when you are logged into your account) are going to be your best guides. There are about 10 and all are pretty good at covering the main functions.
