We have had a lot of questions about feedback settings and the option of sending the feedback to the seller automatically or having to “publish” the feedback to the seller. You can change your feedback settings by doing the following below. NOTE: We as staff do NOT have the ability to change this option, it has to be done by the agent.
1. Log in to flexmls
2. Click products
3. Click showing time
4. Click feedback
5. Click my form design
6. Feedback template click clone
7. Change the name of the feedback template to whatever you want ex. Auto send seller (DO NOT CLICK SAVE CHANGES YET)
8. Under general settings click set as default agent template for new listings
9. Under general settings click publish automatically under when new feedback is received.
10. If you want to change questions click on feedback form and edit questions.
11. Click save changes
This will not update current listings but will start on any new listings. You can go to each current listing and change the feedback form you are using.
