2018 RE/MAX Magnetic Calendars

The Radman Team will be ordering the magnetic calendars again and will include any RE/MAX agent who wants to order with us. If you are interested please let me know.
I don’t have to know the quantity right now, but be thinking about your order and whether you need to order additional business cards. Some like to send these out during the Holidays so I want to get the order together by the end of October. That sounds like a long way off, but it will creep up on us! If you already know the number you want, just let me know. I don’t mind starting this early.

For those new Realtors who have not ordered with us before, the process to get them ready to mail takes a bit of time. The calendars have a magnet at the top covered with a protective cover which is torn off and replaced with your business card, then inserted in the addressed envelopes. If you mail 200 or more they can go bulk mail which saves you money.

I have attached a copy of the calendar which has the new RE/MAX logo. MagnetsUSA has us locked in at .31 each ( .01 less than last year!) . This includes the plain white envelope. FedEx charges will be added according to the number you order.

The calendars come in boxes of 100 each, so if you order by the hundreds it will make my life simpler, but if you need only 50 you might can find someone who will split a box with you. If you have questions, please email me, Betty Ann, at Assistant@TheRadmanTeam.com.

MAX Meeting

Join us tomorrow at 9am, when Jen and Adam from Big Tree Medical group will come talk to us about their new take on primary care.

Big Tree Medical Home is a new primary care medical practice in Columbia, Missouri. This pilot project seeks to bring cutting edge primary care ideas to solve the healthcare crisis in mid Missouri. We believe that excellent, personal primary care paid for through a recurring monthly fee in the context of a medical home will decrease the cost of healthcare while improving its value to patients, businesses and the community at large. Big Tree was founded by Dr. Adam Wheeler and his wife Jen with the help of Dr. Blake Barnes. Dr. Wheeler and Dr. Barnes practice at Tiger Pediatrics, a large pediatric practice in mid Missouri known for its excellent and relational care. We believe that bringing the culture of Tiger Pediatrics into the adult healthcare world, accompanied by ending the fee-for-service payment structure for primary care, has the potential to dramatically improve the community in which we live. Big Tree is not financially affiliated with Tiger Pediatrics. Our physical location is at 200 Southampton in Columbia inside the Tiger Pediatrics South location in the Insurance Group building.

At Big Tree, everything is covered by the $59/month fee. Your annual wellness goal setting meeting, your basic screening labs and tests, acute care visits, virtual visits, after hours clinical advice, follow up visits. Seriously, everything that we do is covered.

Hello, that attached forms have been added/updated to transaction desk as well as the bins in the hall. Here is a breakdown of the updates.

Utility from - has been updated to fix a few errors.
Closing Coversheet - has been updated to highlight the title company section and make the referral section clear.
Final Walk Through – we have updated our RE/MAX Final Walk Through with an added section for sellers to sign if there is something that needs addressed.
Earnest Money Receipt – This form now has a signature line to use when you receive earnest money, as well as updated information.
Wire Fraud notice – These are to be used with seller at time of listing and buyers at time of signing the buyer agency.
Utility Services - This form is NOT in transaction desk but will be added to the bins and on the back end for you to use.
