updated forms

Hello, that attached forms have been added/updated to transaction desk as well as the bins in the hall. Here is a breakdown of the updates.

 

1. Utility from - has been updated to fix a few errors.
2. Closing Coversheet - has been updated to highlight the title company section and make the referral section clear.
3. Final Walk Through – we have updated our RE/MAX Final Walk Through with an added section for sellers to sign if there is something that needs addressed.
4. Earnest Money Receipt – This form now has a signature line to use when you receive earnest money, as well as updated information.
5. Wire Fraud notice – These are to be used with seller at time of listing and buyers at time of signing the buyer agency.
6. Utility Services  - This form is NOT in transaction desk but will be added to the bins and on the back end for you to use.
