WATER UPDATE

To All –

If you are in the building this am you are aware that the city is working on Walnut and that the water has been shut off again this morning. City worker just came into the office to let us know that they are putting 4 or 5 cases of water down by the front doors for anyone and everyone who may need it. They are confident that they will be done working on the repairs by end of day today…. and hopefully the water will be back on in the building in about 1 hour from now.

Continuing education questions

I can not look up your address on file with the MREC. If you are not sure what address is registered you can go to the MREC website https://renew.pr.mo.gov/realestate-licensee-search.asp The top left corner under important links you can do a “Address & Name Change Notification”. Change the address to what you want to use and then use that address on the sign up.
You must complete a “CODE OF ETHICS” course for 2018, the elective course on day one from 130-430 will satisfy that requirement.
You need 12 total hours of CE 3 of which must be core.
I do not have your certificates, you will have to look at the information online, if you have to submit the form for authorization you can email that form here: realestate@pr.mo.gov
