Purpose: RE/MAX Boone Realty Blast Off program is to provide to anyone joining RE/MAX Boone Realty aggressive, professional training. The person serving as mentors will have at least 3 years real estate experience.
The Blast Off program will support the RE/MAX Boone Realty team of Broker/Owner, Broker/Manager, Staff, our affiliated Partner Flat Branch Home Loans and RE/MAX Boone Realty Associates.
The caliber of training will:
•Promote the sales associate
•Provide the associate with the tools and confidence to develop their business
•Provide support &guidance in accordance with RE/MAX Boone Realty Policies &Mission Statement
•Provide support & guidance in accordance with the REALTOR Code of Ethics & the Missouri Real Estate Statues, Rules & Regulations
