I have an out of town client who is remodeling their home to prepare for a listing. On Tuesday the 18th, they have scheduled carpet to be installed. The company requires an adult 18 or older to be present. My clients are willing to pay $10/hour for someone to sit at the house which will be approximately 6 hours and starting between 8 and 10 a.m. in the morning on the 18th.
