Hi everyone. Just wanted to make sure you saw this email from Brian about showings. Just as a reminder if you need any assistance with showings you are welcome to call the front desk where you can leave a message and the staff will be notified immediately to return your call. Also do not hesitate to text or email one of us over the weekend if you need any help. In the meantime you can follow the instructions Brian listed below to continue to schedule your showings. Good Morning:

 

We just learned of an issue with Flexmls related to scheduling a showing using ShowingTime when viewing a listing.  At the moment, the "schedule showing" button is missing from the options at the top left of a listing.  This feature is also missing from the Flexmls mobile app. 

 

Until this issue is resolved, you will need to schedule your showings by accessing ShowingTime in your browser by going to the menu in Flexmls and clicking on ShowingTime under the Products heading.  ShowingTime will open in a new tab.  You can also mark ShowingTime to appear in your menu bar from here. 

 

 

You may also want to consider installing the ShowingTime mobile app on your phone.  Below is link to a short video on how to install and authenticate the app for use.
