Good morning everyone. you would have received this email from the Missouri Realtors today. Overall, you can just ignore this. Our forms are provided through the Columbia Board of Realtors and this includes the state forms. This is a different platform that the state is offering to companies and agents who are not part of something through their local board. Our company forms with Remax Boone Realty, the local forms through the Columbia Board of Realtors and the state forms are all available through Transaction desk.

Good Afternoon:

 

Earlier this year, the CBOR Bylaws were amended by the membership to extend current leadership positions by one year.  All but three people in those positions have agreed to extend their terms.  Therefore, nominations are now open to fill vacancies for 1 Board of Directors Position, 1 MLS Committee Member, and 1 Missouri REALTORS® State Director Position (Duties of a Committee Member). 

 

CBOR Primary and Secondary Members have until 5:00 p.m. tomorrow to nominate themselves or another Member for one or all of these positions.  All nominations will be reviewed by the Nominations Committee before electronic ballots are sent out to the Membership.  Nominations can be made using the link below.
