• The file named “POSTING IMAGE” (the Square sized) file is for posting/email,
• The File named “STORY IMAGE” (long vertical rectangle) is for Stories only
• The other fie “VIDEO” is a video version of the posting image that you can use in posts if you want to as well.
Use them accordingly.
