Subject: Weight Loss Competition Open to all...
Our weight loss competition finished a couple weeks ago and about 10 people wanted to continue with another 12 week competition which started today. I didn't put it out to everyone, but I've had a few others that have asked to join so I thought I should make it open to everyone in case someone else would like to join.
It's 12 weeks, $20 to join, $5 for any missed weigh in and $1 per lb for any weight gained each week. Winners are based upon percentage of body fat lost, not just weight loss. So, if you are interested I will need your first weigh in tomorrow morning and your $20.
If you want to join in this competition, please let me know ASAP.
