Subject: [Cbormembership] CBOR Forms Changes
 
The CBOR Forms Committee & Board of Directors recently approved several local forms changes. The forms changes have now been reflected in TransactionDesk. We will be reflecting these forms changes in the MLS intranet later this week:
  
  • MSC-119 MLS Change of Status Form Amendment to Original Listing Agreement | Added Price Withheld Buyer/Signature section
  • MSC-119 MLS Change of Status Form Amendment to Original Listing Agreement MARKUP
  • MSC-123 Columbia Board of REALTORS Rider I
    • Removed 1031 Tax Exchange lines 9-17
    • Added "MARKETING WITH SALE CONTINGENCY. In conjunction with Rider MSC-2021R, "Contingency for Sale of Buyer's Existing Property," Seller agrees to enter Property as Pending/Under Contract in the Columbia Board of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service. All other terms of said Rider shall remain in full force and effect.
    • Deleted "SALE OF OTHER PROPERTY" section lines 37-60
    • MSC-123 Rider I MARKUP 
  • DSC-104, City of Columbia Occupancy Disclosure Statement | Now will only require the property address and Zoning District to be completed. This change streamlines the Occupancy Disclosure process and reduces the chance for error by eliminating the line item that required the maximum number of unrelated people who can live in a dwelling be filled in on the form.
  • DSC-104 City of Columbia Occupancy Disclosure Statement MARKUP

The following CBOR Forms are retired and removed from the Forms Library:
  • MSC-130 Addendum for Short Sale Rider | MSC-130 is redundant to Missouri REALTORS® form MSC-1025 Short Sale Supplement to Listing Contract.
     
  • MSC-115 Change of Status Form | the form is rarely used and move the section allowing to withhold the sale price be moved to MSC-119 MLS Change of Status Form Amendment to Original Listing Agreement
     
  • MSC-122 Notice of Waiver for Sale of Other Property Contingency | This is from is no longer needed with the changes approved to MSC-123 CBOR Rider I
     
  • MSC-114 Addendum for Lots & Land Contract | This form is rarely if ever used
