Hello!  We are slowing rolling out a new program called Closed Simple.  You will start to receive email and some text notifications.  The emails will be from Boone Central Title Company.  I am attaching some information regarding. One major change you will notice will be earnest money notifications.  You will receive an email from Boone Central Title Company instead of me forwarding online earnest money receipts.  You will also be sent your closing documents encrypted when the email is complete from the same Boone Central Title Company email. You can respond to any of the email notifications if you a specific question regarding the transaction. 

 

We are very excited about this new adventure!
