Ipad and PDF's
Today at Salesmeeting there was a questions about filling out a PDF on an Ipad. I have done some research and I have found a solution if you want to try and do everything from your Ipad. I have tried the free route and have discovered some options. First, if your goal is to use your ipad instead of a computer for inputting transactions, then you are trying to accomplish two different tasks. 1) Fill out the Closing Workseet, 2) Save the filled out form for email.
So let's start with the first step filling out the form - you can do this with the Adobe Reader app that is free and easy to use. You can fill out the adobe fillable forms using this applications, however you cannot print or save the data 2) The second piece of this puzzle is that you might want to save it as a pfd. If you purchase a free or mid-level app, you run into a problem of having to do too much in the apps. You have to open it in Adobe and print in a another app and that is a problem. This does not work.
The solution I found is to purchase an app called PDF Reader Pro. This app openes the document rand ecognizes that it is a fillable form and you can do eveything that you need to. Open the document, fill it out, email it with the data flattened in it and that will go right in into the paperless system.
Good Luck and please remember go call if you have any quetions.
