Our goal is continually to provide you with competent and outstanding office staff to help service your clients and your business. Many of you also have needs and you consider hiring your own administrative staff. It is not appropriate for you to solicit our staff for these roles. Hiring someone from our staff hurts everyone and creates an environment that is not productive. Should our staff desire to make a change, I would discuss that with them internally and then I would be glad to work with any of you to create a transition plan so that we can all be successful and happy.
If you need assistance hiring someone, we have been very effective in helping many of our agents integrate an assistant into their business and we can help with education, training, technology and general office expertise. We would be glad to help you with anything that you need. I hope you know we are here to assist you with your business and we would not try and damage it in any way and it is reasonable for me to expect that you would not try to damage our office, staff or me in anyway.
