• Relabeled “Contract for the Sale of Residential Real Estate” to “Residential Sale Contract” on Line 6
• Removed Home Warranty Section (Lines 9-18). Similar verbiage to MR Home Warranty form MSC-2025
• Removed Appraisal Condition Section (Lines 20-25). Similar verbiage to MR Residential Sale Contract form RES-2000, Section 5 “Financing/Appraisal”
• Removed Closing of Existing Contract on Presently Owned Real Estate Section (Lines 26-31). Similar verbiage to MR Contingency for Closing of Buyer’s Existing Property Form 2022R
MSC-124 Rider II
• Removed Backup Contract Section (Lines 9-17). Similar verbiage to MR Back-up Contract Rider form 2023R
• Removed Closing Costs Section (Lines19-23). Similar verbiage to MR Residential Sale Contract form RES-2000, Section 10 “Adjustments/Closing Costs”
• Removed “Obtained at Buyer’s expense” on Line 46. Already included in the MR Residential Sale Contract, RES-2000
• Modified “Title and Survey” to read “Title/Survey” on line 49 (reflects MR contract labeling)
• Remaining sections of Rider II have now been combined into single Rider I document
