Automatic Payment option

To All Agents:

 

We have recently set up a system that will allow you to pay your Monthly Invoice automatically on the 1^st of each month.  You will continue to receive the normal itemized invoice by email on approximately the 23^rd of every month, which you will still need to review.  If you sign up, your bank account will automatically be debited on approximately the FIRST of each month for the amount due.

 

If you would like to participate please sign & complete the attached Enrollment form and return it to Mark Lichtenberg with a VOIDED check for the account you wish to debit.
